Who needs to go out looking for runs when they come to you? Anyone else smell that? What are those weird 2am plumbing gurgle noises from Apartment 302? Whose bike is that that keeps reappearing around the building corridors? Who keeps hacking the door intercom into the crackly fire alarm speakers to play random 80's music through the whole building? How does the elderly cleaner Mrs Wilson get into your gun safe to meticulously sort and clean your ammo? Where are all the Wombrat's in the basement carpark coming from? Tomorrow is Rent Day already? 

Better order some more SpakFill for those bullet holes.
